In November of 1999, Eagle Transportation, LLC opened it's doors in the beautiful small town of Rogue River,
Oregon. Tom Thompson and Rich Wright partnered up to create a freight brokerage company that specialized
in third party logistics. Drawing on their combined 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, their
goal was simply stated by their motto: "Quality Service-Competitive Rates". Their desire was to provide their
clients with professional and dependable transportation services in order to help them be competitive in the
marketplace. The decision to have the American Bald Eagle as their symbol and to be their namesake was
designed to reflect not only their American pride but also the pride they take in the high level of service Eagle
Transportation provides to all of it's clients.

Eagle Transportation excels at providing transportation services that surpass those available from any one
trucking company. They have contracted with numerous trucking companies to ensure availability of equipment
for their clients. By consolidating and channeling freight to it's carriers, Eagle uses the economics of scale to
negotiate very competitive rate structures from all of it's carriers. Eagle continuously monitors and updates it's
carrier base to ensure only the highest levels of customer service. Constant communication with dispatchers and
drivers allows Eagle to keep it's clients informed on the progress of all their freight.

Communication has always been the backbone of Eagle's commitment to quality service. The transportation of
freight has always been plagued by three variables- people, equipment, and weather. All three of which can cause
problems or delays in the timely delivery of products. Through communication with their clients and trucking
companies in all situations, Eagle works hard to avoid or minimize all of these potential problems. By properly
screening it's carriers and the careful routing of the trucks, they try to minimize the handling of the client's freight
to reduce any possibility of damaging the freight. In almost all cases, once it is loaded the freight is not handled
again until it is delivered. This has resulted in a very low incident rate for freight claims. This fact alone has allowed
Eagle Transportation to soar above it's competition.

Eagle Transportation provides a full range of transportation services from full truckload and LTL shipments to
intermodal shipments. They have a wide variety of equipment available including 48' and 53' regular and high-cube
vans, refrigerated vans, flat beds and specialized trailers. They can arrange for expedited deliveries and specialized
freight needs such as blanket wrapping, driver assisted unloading, and multiple drop deliveries to name only a few.
Eagle continues to handle inbound shipment of supplies, intra-company transfers of inventory, and outbound customer
deliveries for many of it's clients.
